This is my favorite picture on the internet, but why? Why did you make it? Why does is say havoc? What does it mean?

The military order Havoc! was a signal given to the English military forces in the Middle Ages to direct the soldiery to pillage and chaos. Shakespeare used the term in several of his plays, perhaps the best known line is from Julius Caesar – “Cry ‘Havoc,’ and let slip the dogs of war”
